The product
One destination for the whole stay
Hosts piece together guidebooks, local recommendations, guest communication, and affiliate links across a handful of disconnected tools.
Stayfront replaces that with a single destination for everything a guest needs during their stay — a digital guidebook, guestbook, local recommendations, concierge-style assistance, and a shoppable layer for products found throughout the property.
Two-sided by design
Built for hosts and guests
The product is designed around both sides of the experience. Hosts get the tools to create, manage, brand, and monetize their properties, while guests get a simple, mobile-first interface built around the questions and decisions that come up during a stay.
The business model combines subscriptions with affiliate revenue, giving hosts another opportunity to generate value from products their guests already discover organically.
My role
Owned end to end
Stayfront is my own venture, and I own the product end to end — product strategy, UX and visual design, the design system, technical architecture, and implementation.
It's where the boundaries I'm most interested in come together: taking an idea from product definition through interface design and into a working, production-ready system.
The approach
AI that reduces the work of hosting
The platform is built with Next.js, Supabase, and Stripe, with an AI-agent architecture designed to reduce the amount of work required to launch and maintain a property.
During onboarding, Stayfront can analyze a listing and its imagery, identify relevant property details and products, and generate a first version of the guest experience. From there, additional automation helps hosts refine content and keep information current over time.
